I-Dry Vacuum Kiln

We are excited to offer kiln drying services.

Why choose a our I-Dry kiln? The Vacuum Dryer utilizes a vacuum to lower the temperature at which water boils (evaporates). Wood is stronger at a lower temperature. By drying at a low temperature we can accelerate the drying time without harming wood. Vacuum pressure also sucks the water from the core to the shell, which is particularly handy for thicker dimensions.We are able to dry wood at a rate of 1" of wood thickness per week.

Our Rate is $2/BF per load rotation. Our load rotation is every 3 weeks. We recommend having the wood air dried for at least 6 months.
